The differential society

Today I was at the Sai temple in Bhubaneswar celebrating the 3rd birthday of Nikki. The party was arranged by many but funded by my father in law. Once I was in the hall where the party was scheduled I was a little taken aback. This was because we booked the room from 10 to 4 for the party and it was 11 and still the decorations had almost to say not started. A few tables on the floor with a pile of chairs and a stage. There was this guy who was the supervisor of the place and he was busy booking next dates rather looking at existing booked customer satisfaction. Well I guess am not speaking Greek and Latin as many may have seen this scenario day in and out in India. What surprised me was a later incident. There were about 4 empty unused clean containers to be used for storing plates once the guests finished their food. This was some what placed in the middle of the room which I wasn't comfortable with and asked the supervisor to move to near the wash basins. Surprise .. he tells me he'll go and inform the sweeper to come upstairs to move that. Really ... Unused clean containers just because it's going to be used for used plates needs a sweeper to come and move it. I picked them up myself and moved it and it made no difference to the thik skinned guys. I wonder which era are we living in. More so in a Sai temple such a lot is differences.....
